Howdy!
My name is Laura, and I am a member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of 2016, A-Whoop! I was raised in a military family, so I learned pretty quickly how to adapt to new environments. My education has always been important to me, and it created a basis for my understanding of Reproductive Justice. In my free time, I read as much as I can and catch up on my favorite shows. In 2014, I officially joined a student activist group and got involved in reproductive health and rights work.

My academic and professional interests include:
-Reproductive Justice and human rights activism
-Women’s rights & queer rights (feminist pedagogy, combating sexual violence/military sexual trauma, ending abortion stigma, comprehensive sex & consent education, polyamory)
-Veteran mental health and female veterans
-Psychological warfare (serial killers and genocide)
-Perceptions of reality and ethics
